According to Kirk Rothrum the owner of bagin-beats.com, says Sony lifted the sounds of the seductive women (not B.Spears) from his sampling library, but never paid him for it.
Rothrum claims that he herd the tune on the radio and recognized the moans. He has shared beats with 50 cent, Lloyd Banks, Eminem, Jay-z and Rhianna but he says he has always been paid for them…basuically he has no beef with Spears he just wants his money.
Sony has no comment on the issue.
Why he has waiting until 2015 to sue a song from 2007…the world may never know.
